APN Series - Ethics of Body Composition

This Applied Performance Nutrition (APN) Web Series episode addresses the complex topic of the ethics of body composition assessment, outlines the benefits and drawbacks of body composition measurement, and demonstrates how to navigate the ethical considerations around how often to measure and when such assessments are appropriate based on the setting. Presenter Kristin Fant, MCN, RDN, CSSD, LD, will also guide you through developing tools and structures that minimize potential negative impacts on athletes while preserving the value and purpose of the assessment.
