Chef Shawn Loving CMC, AAC, has been a nutritional advisor and chef for the Detroit Pistons, 2008 U.S. men’s and women’s Olympic basketball teams and 2016 Summer Olympic Games. He served as Executive Chef for USA basketball and supervisor culinary operations for the National Basketball Association’s "BUBBLE."
Chef Anthony Zamora is a Registered Dietitian who serves as the Director of Performance Nutrition and Executive Chef with the Utah Jazz. Prior to Utah, he cultivated his craft for sports nutrition with the Los Angeles Rams and the University of Tennessee Sports Nutrition Department.
