ASPDA is committed to providing resources that strive toward this vision and support ongoing growth of the profession. Benchmarking of salary and compensation data that accurately reflects the unique state of the profession is an important part of Sports RDs growth and advocacy.

In 2018, ASPDA launched its first Salary Survey and has seen how members value and use these data to advance their careers. ASPDA expects to conduct salary surveys regularly and provide the membership with updated data meaningful to their career journey.
