ASPDA’s vision is to empower its members to be the authority in Sports and Performance Nutrition. ASPDA is committed to providing resources that strive toward this vision and support ongoing growth of the profession. Benchmarking of salary and compensation data that reflects the unique state of the profession is an important part of Sports RDs growth and advocacy.

In 2018, ASPDA launched its first Salary Survey and has seen how members value and use this data to advance their careers. The 2022 Salary Survey represents a four-year follow up, with the overarching goal of capturing data that helps define Sports RD demographics, experience, roles and employment sectors, compensation, and more. Additionally, the 2022 data sets the intention for future trending.

ASPDA expects to conduct salary surveys regularly and provide the membership with updated data meaningful to their career journey.
